Mestalla will host the Spanish Men's National Team for the 33rd time

At a difficult time for everybody, Valencia CF want to help maintain the passion and confidence in the ties that the club and the fans with one other -especially the more than 40,000 season ticket holders. The considerable loss of income for the entity and, above all, the uncertainty as to how football will develop in the coming months (it is impossible to know when and how we will be able to gather again at Mestalla) makes it more important than ever to show unity with the most loyal supporters: Season ticket holders who have, in some cases, spent many years renewing their passes. We want to help each other mutually, so that this bond continues to be strong.
That is why Valencia CF have decided to maintain all current season ticket holders during the 2020/21 season, free of charge. This means that during the next renewal campaign -possibly for the 2021/22 season, depending on the indications of the health authorities- all season ticket holders will retain their years of loyalty, seat choice, and discounts accumulated in 2019/20 for high attendance and use of the Asiento Libre scheme.
Besides this general measure, which recognises the status of our most loyal supporters, Valencia CF will also provide large advantages to those season ticket holders who choose to help the club in the difficult current situation, in order to reward their great commitment.
One such advantage, for games in the 2020/21 season in which Mestalla can open to the public, will be priority in the acquirement of tickets (should it be possible, Valencia CF will launch a ticket pack for several games), with a price heavily reduced from that available to the general public. Amidst the current uncertainty, Valencia CF will not have the possibility of offering an annual ticket for the 2020/21 campaign.
All season ticket holders will receive personal communication in the coming days to access an online platform (currently under development), in which they can indicate their choice of three options offered by Valencia CF for this unprecedented situation:
1. Waive the refund of the season ticket price corresponding to the 2019/202 LaLiga games unavailable to fans.
Advantages for season ticket holders who choose Option 1: Until VCF are able to begin a season ticket renewal campaign, those who choose this option will have a preferential period and priority (in the event of a limitation in capacity) over the rest of the season ticket holders, with a 50% discount with respect to the price for the general public of tickets and/or match packs that the club put on sale during 2020/21, following the timeframe and conditions indicated by the health authorities.
2. Receive a refund in the form of a discount for the next season ticket renewal campaign, on season tickets of a higher price than the amount corresponding to games held behind closed doors in LaLiga in 2019/20.
Advantages for season ticket holders who choose Option 2: Until VCF are able to begin a season ticket renewal campaign, those who choose this option will have a preferential period and second priority (in the event of a limitation in capacity) over the rest of the season ticket holders, with a 50% discount with respect to the price for the general public of tickets and/or match packs that the club put on sale during 2020/21, following the timeframe and conditions indicated by the health authorities, as well as special discounts in VCF Official Stores.
3. Request a refund of the corresponding amount for the 2019/20 LaLiga games held behind closed doors, within the timeframe and according to the procedures set out by VCF. You will be informed of the schedule and procedure shortly.
Until VCF are able to begin a season ticket renewal campaign, those who choose this option will have a 10% discount on the price for the general public, to acquire tickets and/or match packs put on sale during the 2020/21 season (while stocks last), following the timeframe and conditions indicated by the health authorities.
